You Are What You Eat

PART I: We still need to check the questions from last class. Answer with a sentence and I will give you 10/10. 

Answer the questions with a sentence. 

1. What is your favorite restaurant?

2. What do you want on top of your pizza?

3. What beverage do you want to order on a hot day?

4. What did you eat for breakfast?

5. What food do you detest?

6. How often do you eat fast food?

7. Have you ever worked in a restaurant? Which one?

8. What kind of salad dressing do you like?

9. Do you want some lettuce on your burger? Tomatoes? Pickles?

10. What food do you like to get in the night market?

PART III: We will read 46 READING, DID YOU KNOW as a class. Then answer the questions below the photograph TRUE or False and I will give you 10/10 for a score. Please answer with a sentence to practice grammar.

PART IV: Go to Trip Advisor, Yelp, or some other food website for Taiwan. Find restaurants you have never eaten at or visited. For Trip Advisor, just google "Trip Advisor Taipei restaurants." For Yelp, google "Yelp Taipei restaurants." For another food website, do the same. Answer the following questions:

1. What Indian restaurant would you like to try? What are two interesting dishes there?

2. What Mexican restaurant do you want to try next? Give two reasons.

3. What German restaurant looks good? Why?

4. What foreign bakery interests you? What do you want to order there?

5. Is there a foreign restaurant near your house that you have not tried?
