February 13 to 18 Class Notes

 What can I do to get a higher grade or score in this class? What can I do

to get 90% or higher in this class? Let’s think about how to get a higher/grade

score this semester. 

1. I will give you 10% for coming to class. But, for every hour you do not come is

minus -1%. For example, if you do not come to 2 classes, that is 4 hours. Now

you only have 6%.

2. Do your homework and classwork and I always give you 10/10. If you miss

a class, you get 0/10. 0/30.  If you come to every class and  work, you already

have 30% of your final grade.

3. We have GEPT; you can practice online. Linda will come to talk to you about it.

We will also practice before. You won’t be nervous if we practice.

4. The final exam problem is listening. This is what is hurting your score most.

5. If you come to every class and do all your homework, you will get 30% for

free.

6. This is a class. This is not your bedroom. If you are tired, just go home or wait

until we take a break. I will minus -5% if youthink this class is your bedroom and

try to sleep. I will also wake you up.
