Midterm Exam for English November 4th and November 7th

I delayed the midterm exam one week because I have been sick. The test is Tuesday Nov. 4 for the Tuesday afternoon class and Friday Nov. 7 for the two Friday morning classes. 

1. Memorize these words: paragraph, gerund, synonym, affirmative, column, negative, personality, amazing, confused, jealous, humorous, siblings, acquaintance, genre, comedy, animation, introverted, extroverted, rebel, sightseeing, take, short notice, determined, depressed, volcano, definitely, organize, absolutely, help, parentheses, suggest, grammar, prefer, stomach

2. There is a grammar part similar to Unit 1, Lesson 2, A: Complete each sentence with an affirmative gerund or negative gerund with not. This is in your textbook on page 127.

3. There is a grammar part similar to Unit 2, Lesson 1, A: Complete each sentence with the simple past tense or the present perfect form of the verb. This is also in your textbook on page 127.

She Came from Changhua (彰化)
